Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not completely satisfied with your flower arrangement from floxarixnlix, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly through replacement, credit, or refund.

Eligible Issues

We will address concerns related to:

  • Flowers arriving in poor condition or wilted
  • Incorrect arrangement delivered
  • Missing items from your order
  • Significant deviation from the ordered design
  • Delivery to wrong address due to our error

Non-Eligible Issues

We cannot provide refunds or replacements for:

  • Natural variations in flower size, color, or shape
  • Recipient refusal to accept delivery
  • Incorrect delivery address provided by customer
  • Damage after delivery has been completed
  • Complaints made more than 24 hours after delivery
  • Seasonal substitutions made to maintain design integrity

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return or report an issue:

  • Contact Floxarixnlix within 24 hours of delivery
  • Provide your order number and photos of the arrangement
  • Describe the issue clearly
  • Our team will review and respond within 2 hours during business hours

Resolution Options

Depending on the situation, we may offer:

  • Full replacement arrangement at no additional cost
  • Partial or full refund to your original payment method
  • Store credit for future flower purchases
  • Complimentary upgrade on your next order

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled for a full refund if:

  • Cancellation is made at least 24 hours before scheduled delivery
  • Flowers have not yet been prepared or arranged
  • Delivery has not been dispatched

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before delivery may incur a 25% processing fee as flowers may already be prepared.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. You will receive confirmation once the refund has been initiated by Floxarixnlix.

Delivery Issues

If delivery cannot be completed due to recipient unavailability, we will attempt to contact both the sender and recipient. Additional delivery attempts may incur extra fees. Flowers left at the delivery location per customer instructions are considered successfully delivered.

Weather and Unforeseen Circumstances

In cases of severe weather, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances that prevent safe delivery, Floxarixnlix will contact you to reschedule or offer a full refund.
